The presentation-request form may collect the following data:

The rights-exercise form collects your first and last name, email address, type of request and, if you wish, the details needed to process it. It does not store the request in the application: it is sent to the publisher by email.
Purpose and basis
The data is used solely to process your presentation or contact request, prepare any potential exchange and respond to you. The dedicated form also enables the processing of requests to exercise your rights. The site does not provide for newsletter subscriptions, advertising profiling or automated decisions based on this data.

Requests to exercise rights are processed to comply with the legal obligations applicable to the data controller.
The required checkbox on the presentation-request form confirms that you have read this policy. It does not constitute subscription to a separate marketing communication.
Recipients and accommodation
Presentation requests are recorded in the database associated with the application and sent to the publisher by email. Requests to exercise rights are sent only by email and are not stored in the application.
These data are accessible only to people authorized to respond to them and to the technical providers necessary for hosting the application.
The landing page, its database and its backups are hosted in France or within the European Union. No transfer to a CRM, email marketing platform, audience-measurement tool or advertising network is planned.
The fonts are self-hosted. Displaying them does not trigger any call to Google Fonts or another font provider.
Shelf life
Les demandes de présentation et les demandes relatives aux données personnelles sont conservées pendant 1 an à compter de leur réception.
The data must not be kept beyond the period necessary for the purpose described above, unless there is a legal obligation or the need for duly justified proof.
Transfers outside the European Union
L’hébergement et les traitements sont réalisés en France ou au sein de l’Union européenne. Aucun transfert hors de l’Union européenne n’est prévu.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, their correction, deletion or restriction of their processing, or object to it. Confirming that you have read this policy is not consent to processing.
